Damaged or defective orders

Every SteelHaus piece is inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email steelhaus2025@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Please keep the product and its original packaging until the issue is resolved. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

What is not a defect

Minor surface marks, grain variations and natural imperfections are part of hand-finished metal and wood, and are not considered defects.
