Return policy

  1. Eligibility
  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or invoice).
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized furniture.
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or self-assembly.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or samples.
  1. Return Conditions
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including all parts, tools, manuals, and packaging.
  • Items showing signs of wear, scratches, stains, or missing hardware may be rejected or partially refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
  1. Defects or Damage
  • Inspect your order upon arrival.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund after inspection.
  1. Refund Method
  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping fees (including those factored into the product price) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Cash-on-delivery charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • If the item was part of a discounted bundle or offer, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

  1. Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments
  • If the order is returned due to wrong address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, refund = item cost minus two-way shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
  1. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are processed as a new order after return approval.
  1. Warranty
