Orders
How do I place an order?
Add your chosen piece to cart and proceed to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After dispatch, changes aren’t possible.
Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?
Yes, select products can be customised in dimensions or finish. Email steelhaus2025@gmail.com before ordering for a quote.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items ship within 5–7 working days. Custom orders require 3–5 weeks depending on finish and volume.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is included in most listed prices. In some regions or for large-format deliveries, a freight fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
How will my order arrive?
Larger pieces are shipped by freight carriers, curbside delivery by default. Inspect the item on arrival before signing the delivery slip.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
No. All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email steelhaus2025@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Are all items handmade?
Yes. Every SteelHaus piece is built in small batches using industrial-grade materials and finished by hand. Slight variations are part of the design.
How should I care for my furniture?
Wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and direct sunlight. Keep steel surfaces dry to prevent oxidation. See our Material Care guide for more.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, UPI and net banking are accepted through secure checkout. COD is available on select items.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
