Orders
Q: How do I place an order?
Add your chosen piece to cart and proceed to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After dispatch, changes aren’t possible.
Q: Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?
Yes, select products can be customized in dimensions or finish. Contact support@steelhaus2025.com before ordering for a quote.
Shipping
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India.
Q: How long does delivery take?
In-stock items ship within 5–7 working days. Custom orders require 3–5 weeks depending on finish and volume.
Q: Is shipping free?
Shipping is included in most listed prices. In some regions or large-format deliveries, a freight fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Q: How will my order arrive?
Larger pieces are shipped by freight carriers, curbside delivery by default. Inspect the item upon arrival before signing the delivery slip.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
yes, we offer a 14 days refund policy but the customer will bear the cost of shipping and the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount
Note: if there are any defects which are caused by the customer in the 14 days period then a small fine depending of the damage will be applied to the refunding amount
