1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within India only. Whether you're in a metro city or further out, we'll do our best to get your piece to you safely and on time.

2. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier and freight partners across India. The shipping provider is selected based on the size, weight, and nature of your order. For large or custom-made furniture pieces, we coordinate freight shipping and will communicate the details with you directly.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the size of your order and your delivery location. All applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. For custom and made-to-order pieces, shipping costs will be communicated to you during the confirmation call.

4. Delivery Times

Standard products: 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Custom and made-to-order pieces: The delivery timeline will be discussed and agreed upon individually during your confirmation call before production begins.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as courier delays or weather conditions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time.

6. Insured Deliveries

All SteelHaus orders are shipped fully insured. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

7. Shipping Damage

Please inspect your delivery carefully when it arrives.Contact us within 48 hours at steelhaus2025@gmail.com with photos so we can document the issue and arrange a resolution for you.

8. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. SteelHaus is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
