SteelHaus offers physical furniture products and custom/made-to-order pieces. As each item is crafted with intention, product images on our website are for reference purposes. Minor variations in texture, colour, or finish may occur due to the nature of the unique materials we work with.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom orders are made specifically for you. Once a custom order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. Timelines for custom pieces will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. SteelHaus reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Full payment is required before an order is processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within India only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the nature of the product. SteelHaus is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated at checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Before every order is processed, a confirmation call will be conducted to ensure all details, specifications, and expectations are aligned. Once confirmed, the order moves into production. In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at steelhaus2025@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
7. Cancellations
Orders for standard products may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Cancellation requests must be sent to steelhaus2025@gmail.com.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including designs, images, text, and branding belongs to SteelHaus. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of our content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
SteelHaus shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
